What is Tourwix?

Tourwix is an online booking platform for airport transfers, hourly cars with driver and excursion transfers. Guests, agencies, hotels, suppliers and drivers work in the same system.

Which services can I book?

Private transfers between airport, hotel and address, hourly hire with driver and excursion transfers. Choose the service in the search box to see prices.

When do I see the price?

When you search; the price is per private vehicle and shown before you book.

How does hourly hire with driver work?

The package duration and km limit you choose (e.g. 5 hours / 100 km) are included in the price; extra hours and km are charged extra (the rate is shown on the vehicle card or given by our operations team). Parking, toll bridges and toll roads / tunnels are not included. Book at least 24 hours in advance.

What is included in an excursion transfer?

Your driver picks you up at your hotel or address, waits during the tour and brings you back; the price is per vehicle and includes the return. Entrance tickets, guide and meals are not included. Book at least 24 hours in advance.

Is free cancellation available?

Cancellation terms are shown at the payment step; where free cancellation applies, the vehicle card says so too. You see them before you book.

What should I do when travelling with children?

Enter the number of adults, children and infants separately when booking; the driver and operations team see it. If a child or baby seat is offered as an extra at the payment step, choose it there; otherwise, and for hourly hire and excursions, write it in the notes field.

How do I follow my booking?

On the Manage booking page with your reference and last name; the live tracking link is shown there too.

How can I pay?

Methods such as credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Russian cards (Mir) and cash to the driver; the ones available at that time are listed at the payment step. Online card payments (Visa, Mastercard) are charged in EUR; for Mir, our representative contacts you to take the payment.

Can I become a partner?

Yes. Agencies, hotels, companies, suppliers and drivers can apply on the For business page.
