What is included in the package?

A car with driver, the package hours you choose and the package kilometre limit. Both are shown on the vehicle card.

What if I go beyond the package?

Hours beyond the package and kilometres beyond the limit may be charged extra. When a rate is set, it is shown on the vehicle card in advance.

How far in advance can I book?

Bookings can be made at least 24 hours before the start time.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; 50% refund between 3 and 24 hours before; no refund less than 3 hours before pickup or after pickup. For return trips, each direction is assessed by its own pickup time.

How can I pay?

The payment methods available at that time are listed at the payment step.

Can I finish somewhere other than where I started?

Yes. You can enter an end address; if you leave it empty, the hire ends at the pickup point.
