What is included in the price?
Private car, driver, the return trip and waiting during the tour. Entrance tickets, guide and meals are not included.
How long does the driver wait?
For the tour duration of the destination, shown on the destination card. When the tour ends, the driver brings you back to your pickup point.
How are multi-day tours priced?
For a multi-day tour the price covers the whole package, including the driver's accommodation. The return day is shown in the booking.
Why does the price depend on the address?
The price is calculated for the area of your pickup address. The same destination can cost differently from different areas.
How far in advance can I book?
At least 24 hours before the pickup time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; 50% refund between 3 and 24 hours before; no refund less than 3 hours before pickup or after pickup. For return trips, each direction is assessed by its own pickup time.

An excursion transfer takes you by private car to the place you want to visit and back with your driver. The driver picks you up at your hotel or address, takes you to the destination and waits during the tour.
